Bunny in a Field

Follow step 1 of pack instructions for the blackcurrant jelly. Make up to 500 ml with water. Use to fill a 570 ml rabbit mould.

Chill until set. Repeat the make-up process with a packet of lime jelly. Top the rabbit mould to the rim with lime jelly and chill until set.

Pour the remaining lime jelly into a shallow tray and chill until set.

Invert the rabbit mould onto a serving plate.

Chop up the green jelly and spoon around the jelly rabbit. Serve with cream. Serves 6 - 8
